I've already paid for my order and reached out to them twice. They can't seem to take the time to respond to my emails. I'm just trying to find out where my order is.

I forked out £115 (with a discount code) for a custom PS5 controller that was already put together. About two weeks after I got it, I had to return it because it kept going dead stick and made this awful squeaking sound when using the R & L triggers. I got it back, and within another two weeks, it started acting up again. They want you to cover the return postage every time there's a problem, which is around £6+ since it needs to be tracked. I really wish I had checked the reviews before I bought from this place. Seriously, just stick to the original manufacturers; it's not worth the trouble! I haven't sent it back again because I'm not keen on paying for postage every time something goes wrong, and it ends up costing me more than what I originally spent.

What a letdown! I placed my order for a PS5 controller on December 6, expecting it to be ready in 7 to 10 days, but there's been no update at all! Don't even try to reach out; it's a waste of time! This company is a complete joke.

Unbelievable customer support, I placed my order for a controller on December 12th, and here we are on January 13th with no sign of it being shipped, plus I haven’t gotten any updates. It’s obvious that the 7-10 business days mentioned on their site to make the controller is way off. After a whole month of waiting, I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service team in the past few days, but still no reply - steer clear of this place.

Steer clear of these guys. I placed an order for a controller priced at £170 on December 12, 2022, and here I am still waiting for it as of January 10, 2023. Their website claims a '7-10 days build time,' but if you fork out an extra £20, they promise to whip it up in just 2-3 days. Seems like they really stick it to you if you don’t cough up the extra cash, making you wait around for 4-6 weeks, according to what others have said. I’ve shot them an email, but they haven’t bothered to get back to me.

I’ve been left hanging since December 22nd with no word from them. My order, placed on December 18th with next day delivery, still hasn’t shown up. On the 22nd, I was informed that it wouldn’t make it in time for Christmas, despite paying for next day service. Now it’s January 6th, and I’ve reached out multiple times through messages and emails, but I’m still in the dark. It’s really disappointing and frustrating, especially since they were quick to take my money, and my two boys are still waiting for their new controllers. The communication is just awful; customer service is lacking big time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from them—I feel like I’ve been cheated out of nearly £200. Still no response!!!!!!!!!!

Back in late November, I placed an order for a controller, thinking it would show up in time for Christmas since it was the only gift my son wanted. Boy, was I mistaken. As the holiday approached, I reached out to Defy through email for an update, hoping to get some reassurance that my order would arrive before the big day. After a few days, I received a message saying my controller would be shipped on December 22nd with next-day delivery promised before 1 pm. I felt relieved, thinking the panic was over. But when 1 pm on December 23rd rolled around, there was still no sign of my package, and I hadn’t received any tracking info. I contacted Defy again, only to find out they had closed for the holidays and wouldn’t be back until January 4th! I naively thought the controller might show up between Christmas and New Year, but that didn’t happen. Now it’s January 6th, and despite multiple attempts to reach out to Defy, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. They took my money but didn’t deliver, and they’re ignoring all my messages. I’m really not happy with this situation and wouldn’t suggest anyone order from them. I had to write this review just to try and get my order! Totally unacceptable.

Paid double for a name brand controller and it didn’t even hold up for a year. Just a heads up, defy gaming only provides a 6-month warranty, while companies like Sony give you at least a year on their gear.

I got a controller for my husband as a Christmas gift, but it took way longer to arrive than what the site said. When it finally showed up, the quality was a letdown. The packaging was subpar; the controller was just tossed in some flimsy plastic. There's even a noticeable air bubble on it, and honestly, it just doesn't meet the standards I thought it would for the price.

It took more than a month for the delivery to arrive, and honestly, the poor communication was just unbelievable.

I'm still on the lookout for my controller, and there's been no sign of it arriving. I'm thinking I might need a refund since I ended up picking up a regular controller from a nearby game store.

I'm really into this controller. It turned out just like I envisioned. My buddies are all wanting one now, haha. I kinda wish I had the remapping for R3 and L3, but it's all good. The back panels function perfectly. It feels like a standard PS5, just tweaked to my liking. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the right D-pad has a bit of a squeak.

I had to send two emails and message you to check on when our parcel would arrive since it was a Christmas gift and time was running short. When I finally got a response, I found out the controller's color was unavailable. We had to choose a different color at the last minute. You did manage to ship it that day, and we received it in time for Christmas, but I had to do all the follow-up. Honestly, if I hadn’t reached out, I doubt we would’ve gotten it. I feel like a discount should’ve been offered for the hassle.

I'm really pleased with how my PS controller turned out. It was done just right and showed up right on schedule. Couldn't be happier!

Placing my order was a breeze, and even though it took a bit longer to get here due to the holiday rush, the crew kept me in the loop the whole time. The item is top-notch, nicely packaged, and my kiddo is over the moon with it! This company really shows they care. You can tell that every member of the team is important, from the friendly customer service to the folks hustling to ship everything out for the holidays. That alone makes them stand out. I’ll definitely be back to shop with Defy Gaming again!
